Belarus and Russia share concern about NATO’s advance to the East, Russian Foreign Minister Affairs Sergei Lavrov told journalists in Minsk on Monday.
“We share the concern taking into account the fact that our colleagues from NATO member states are trying to build up confrontation by moving military infrastructure to the East, close to our borders. Neither Russia nor Belarus is an adherent of such confrontational policies,” state-run news agency BelTA quotes Lavrov as saying.
